Draft back
What you get back

A draft that follows your agenda.

Every agenda item gets its own section, in the order you posted it, written the way your town writes minutes. Motions, seconds and votes are set down under the item they belong to.

Said at 01:12:40

"…so moved. Is there a second? Second. All in favor? Opposed? Okay, that carries."

Written under item 04

Motion to adopt the 2027 water rate schedule. Moved by Ward 1, seconded by Ward 3. Carried 4–1.

Second look
What gets flagged

The lines worth a second look.

Where the transcript is unclear, or a detail has to be exactly right, like a vote count or a name, the line is flagged. You confirm it or fix it. Nothing is final until you say so.

Questions

Questions clerks ask

Do I need to record the meeting a special way?

No. Use the recording you already make, or a transcript if you have one. Sunny Civic doesn't record meetings.

Our minutes have their own format. Will the draft match?

The draft follows your town's format, item by item. You can change anything before it's final.

Will it get names and votes right?

It flags the lines it isn't sure of, so you can check them against the recording. You confirm every flagged line before the minutes are final.

Does it post or file the minutes for me?

No. You get a draft to review. Posting and filing stay with you, the same as now.
